I get that you work for and around the music band/show scene. What i don't get is why this blog seems to be so mean spirited. I would think getting into it in the first place was because you love music. Why bash everything and everyone about except your own orbit of friends? I'm sure you were just "a fan" once. These kids have to start somewhere and they are buying the tickets and albums. I'm following in the hopes of reading some fun and inspiring stories of the scene. Thanks.

We’re not trying to bash anyone. We’re just trying to share funny things that we’ve seen. Not everyone is a “hardcore burst into tears upon meeting their idol” kind of fan. For example, I was never like that. I always just treated band members like people. 

We’re just telling stories. Some of these stories aren’t even ours. We’re showing people that there’s a whole other side to the scene that they probably don’t know about.
